At The Apex Refurbs Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality refurbished electronics with dependable customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be:
In the same condition as received (undamaged, unmarked).
Returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged through misuse or unauthorised repairs.
Items returned after 14 days.
Software or digital products.
How to Request a Return
Email us at admin@theapexrefurbs.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm your return request and provide the return address.
Package your item securely and send it back.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will:
Replace with a like-for-like item (subject to availability), or
Repair the item at no additional cost, or
Offer a full refund if a replacement or repair is not possible.
Return Shipping
We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
For change-of-mind returns, customers will cover the return shipping cost.
Warranty
All refurbished devices come with a 3-month limited warranty covering hardware faults not caused by misuse. Please see our full Warranty Policy for more details.
